Securing your booking
A R5 000 booking fee is payable on acceptance of the quotation and in order to secure the date of your event. Proof of payment must accompany a signed copy of the Riverside Castle’s Terms & Conditions, and should be e-mailed to info@riversidecastle.co.za. Payment and receipt of the R5 000 booking fee will automatically be an acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of the event package quoted on.

Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your date, subsequent to having paid your booking fee, a refund will only be made in the event that Riverside Castle’s is able re-sell the venue, for a similar function on the date for which your function was originally booked.

Shifting your date
Unfortunately it is not possible to allow for any date shifting, once an event has been booked. Date shifting will be treated as a cancellation, therefore cancellation policy rules will apply.

Links provided on the website
While Riverside Castle provides links to service providers and operators on its website, their inclusion does not imply any type of endorsement or association.

Menu selection
Menu selection is to be confirmed with our function co-ordinator.
Please take note that menu prices are subject to change without prior notice, due to sudden changes in item prices, annual increases or seasonal availability.

Viewing the Riverside Castle
Our facilities can be viewed by appointment only and during office hours as follows:

• Monday- Friday 09h00-17h00
• Saturdays 09h00 – 12h00
• Sundays can be arranged on request.
